Stay in School and be a Legislator

It doesn't matter how long some people stay in school, this article proves that college can't teach common sense or good judgement. I would think that this would require the State Constitution to be amended, but that just a small issue for big thinkers, after all we have to do what is best for the State! Cake anyone?
