80+ hearty souls braved sub -freezing temperatures to attend the Wood County Young Republicans Dinner last evening at the Comfort Suites. In addition to having a Grand ole Time, the group raised several hundred dollars to assist the WV State Republican Party with debt reduction.
The food was excellent and so was the entertainment. Taj Rohr got the evening started with a few up beat sing-a-long songs. The program was informative, motivational and on schedule.
Rocky Peck and the YR Dinner Committee worked the room selling raffle ticket for the center pieces. Which raised close to $400 alone.
Glad to see so many folks that have worked for the betterment of the Party in Wood County get together and have a good time.
The list of attendants is too long to go over here, anyway, you know if you were there or not.
