Dear Member & Family,
It is June and time for the WCRW’s Annual Family Picnic! This is an opportunity to eat some great food, meet & hear state and local candidates, help raise funds for our treasury with our auction, and fellowship with one another!
We do need a count in order to provide ample ham/fried chicken, so we are asking you to RSVP with the number of family that will be attending with you by June 25th
We need help setting up, so arrive around 10:30 a.m. We will have a brief meeting at 11:00 a.m. Don’t forget to make a typed-list of items for your auction item and tie it on the item with a ribbon. This is our 2008 fundraiser, so remember that presentation is important. Our 2008 Handbook will be available at the picnic as well.
